I am a parent, is there anything I need to do for my student to get a Funding U loan?

- We only lend direct to students - no parental cosigner needed.
- Your student is the borrower.
- Your credit history and/or financial situation does not impact how we underwrite your student in any way.
Due to Privacy laws & Credit regulations, we are only able to discuss your student's pre-qualification, application, and/or loan with them. Though we do have a 3rd-party authorization form and process your student can initiate, which allows us - with the student's permission - to speak with a 3rd party about the student's loan.
