LOAN ELIGIBILITY: Must be age 18 or over. Must be A DACA recipient or a TPS beneficiary with an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Must be accepted into an eligible graduate program (i.e., an eligible degree program and school).
LOAN AVAILABILITY - Residents of the following states are eligible for 2025-2026 loans: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
